Colleen Miller,
Director, disAbility Law Center of Virginia.
HI Colleen,
We met this past Saturday and Temple Israel. You asked that I keep you up to date on the work the Hampton Roads Disabilities Board does but I need you email address to do that.
Most of the VA disabilities boards did break up after funding was eliminated, but our Board decided not do, and without any money, we have been able to be a strong advocacy group, teaching the ADA. We are planning to do a second conference this coming April/May. This will be covering Title I – Employment.
My address is scr@univdesign.com.
Enjoyed meeting you. Hoping our paths continue to cross,
Chair, Shirley Confino-Rehder
